The Visionaries Vision-Based Parking System

The Visionaries, a four-story Class A office development in the Pinnacle Hills district of Northwest Arkansas, will feature a new vision-based parking occupancy management and guidance system designed to improve the visitor and tenant experience.

According to a recent article from SmartCitiesWorld, the system will be installed by EnSight Technologies and will provide real-time parking occupancy tracking and digital wayfinding throughout the property’s parking areas. Using advanced camera-based technology, the platform is designed to deliver more than 99% counting accuracy while helping visitors quickly locate available parking.

Real-time parking availability will be displayed through LED signage at garage entrances, while property management will have access to both live and historical occupancy data through EnSight’s cloud-based portal. This data will allow the team to monitor parking usage trends, plan for peak demand, and support tenant operations from day one.

Developed by Hunt Ventures, The Visionaries continues to incorporate innovative technology to enhance efficiency and the overall workplace experience for tenants and guests.
