Mark Saviers to Receive CREC MLR Legend Award

Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners co-founder and board member Mark Saviers will be honored with the Legend Award by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock (CREC MLR) for his remarkable contributions to commercial real estate in the region. The award will be presented at the 8th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards on Thursday, March 12, at 5:00 p.m. at the Little Rock Junior League Headquarters Building.

With over 43 years of experience, Mark has been instrumental in developing, leasing, and acquiring office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses, and corporate campuses across Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Illinois. His work includes major projects such as Westlake Corporate Park in west Little Rock and numerous build-to-suit developments.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mark is the author of Flipped, a book sharing the story of resilience, faith, and community after a life-changing event involving his business partner. Beyond real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, and hunting.
