Adam VanBecelaere, COO of Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, joined our team in 2022 as the Market Brokerage Director for NWA, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. Prior to joining us, Adam spent several years with Walmart US Real Estate, where he led numerous process improvement initiatives and managed a multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate portfolio. His roles with Walmart encompassed real estate portfolio management, facilities management, and development through executing new store growth strategies, as well as overseeing the disposition of excess properties across various US markets. With a focus on commercial real estate lease management, process improvement, and systems implementation, Adam utilizes his leadership skills to enhance our real estate services and operations.

Alex Bennett

Professional Expertise

Alex Bennett is an Associate in the Central Arkansas Brokerage Department. His primary focus is assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial retail properties and land intended for ground-up, retail developments. Before joining Sage Partners, Bennett served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Anchor Realty Investments and David’s Burgers, where he led and managed all of the company’s restaurant and real estate development projects. He has extensive experience in various areas of complex commercial real estate transactions including site identification for retail developments, contract drafting and negotiations, financing solutions, and commercial leasing. Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2020), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law (2019).

Outside of work, Alex enjoys being with his beautiful wife, Nicole, and spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, hunting, and playing golf.
