Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners has signed a deal with the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville to manage two campus-adjacent properties.
The full-service property management agreement covers leased spaces at One East Center, off the downtown square, and the Garland Avenue Shops, which are located in the Garland Avenue Parking Garage. The deal includes management of day-to-day operations, tenant coordination, financial reporting, maintenance, and long-term asset strategy of the properties.
“We’re proud to support the University of Arkansas with a management approach that prioritizes tenant experience, financial performance, and the continued growth of the campus and surrounding community,” Marshall Saviers, chief executive officer at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, said in a statement.
The deal to manage the two properties that connect the UA campus to the city’s downtown and commercial corridors began in February.
