Fayetteville, AR- Sage Partners, one of the state’s leading commercial real estate firms, with offices in Fayetteville, Little Rock and Bentonville, is pleased to announce the sale of the Nilfisk-Alto campus in Springdale. Previously owned by FR Net Lease Co-Investment, the property was sold to Forth Worth Partners, LLC, for $8,585,000.
The property has a prime location, includes both office and warehouse space, and has two quality tenants, Brian Shaw said in a statement. Nilfisk-Alto has a long-term lease of the 200,541 square foot warehouse, and Tyson Foods currently leases the 32,192 square foot office building on the campus. Nilfisk-Alto is part of NKT Holding, a Danish company specializing in professional cleaning equipment, power cables, and high-tech photonic products, with nearly 9,000 employees worldwide.
Sage Partners represented the seller in the property transaction, and the buyer was represented by Jeff Pederson of Lindsey and Associates.
