Tom Allen Honored in AMP’s 2026 Fifty Over 50

The recent Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) annual “Fifty Over 50” honors, featured in their February 2026 issue and ongoing recognition program, spotlight accomplished Arkansans aged 50 and older who continue to make significant impacts in business, politics, and community leadership. The list celebrates “time-tested achievers” across sectors like banking, retail, health care, law, real estate, and finance, highlighting those whose contributions have grown companies, created jobs, and advanced statewide prosperity.

Tom Allen, President and Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, was among the distinguished honorees in the 2026 edition.

He joined Hunt Ventures in 2006 and was instrumental in negotiating the merger of the asset services division of Hunt Ventures with Sage Partners and Capitol Properties in 2016. Today, Allen works with corporate, private and public clients in many phases of the commercial real estate industry.  A member of Leadership Rogers Class 1996, his community involvement includes serving as board member for Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce and United Bank and chairman of the finance committee of Benton County Quorum Court.
