Congratulations to Sage Partners broker and partner, TJ Lefler, on the sale of eight townhomes near the UA campus. The townhomes were developed by TJ and friend, and residential home builder, Ben Booth. Some of the townhomes were purchased by individuals and others by investors who plan to rent them out.
The townhomes are named Stadium Scene and are located on Rose Ave. off of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville.
