We All Scream for Ice Cream
Aug 25, 2017
Our property management team hosted an ice cream social tenant appreciation event at our newest property, an office park on Otis Corley in Bentonville. We had a great turn out and enjoyed meeting our tenants. We also want to send a big THANK YOU to Hershey for supplying the toppings!
We view each property as a unique assignment and develop an ind individualized improvement plan based on the specific needs for the property. Examples of property needs include improved occupancy, operating cost reductions, service level improvements, tenant relation improvement, property face-lifts, and capital restructuring.
We understand there is more to building client relationships than just closing deals. It is about adding value, being honest, keeping your word, and earning your trust with each step of the assignment. This is not a statement of values, this is how we provide real estate solutions.
