Sage Partners Completes $25.1M Commercial Real Estate Deal

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (April 21, 2017) – Sage Partners recently brokered the sale of nine office buildings in Bentonville, Arkansas.  Marshall Saviers, TJ Lefler, and Matt Imhoff of Sage Partners worked on the transaction. The buyers were Tom Boyd, Tyler Oliver, and William H. Wheeler who purchased the properties for $25.1M.  Dean Eisma, a real estate developer in Rogers, Arkansas, sold the property.

The nine properties total 233,000 square feet, and will be leased and managed by Sage Partners.  Eight of the buildings are office buildings, while the ninth building contains a mix of office and warehouse space.

“The rapid growth of Northwest Arkansas continues to increase the demand for commercial real estate from both users and investors,” said TJ Lefler, executive vice president at Sage Partners.  “These properties are well positioned for companies looking to move to and expand in Northwest Arkansas.”
