Our Promise to Practice Integrity
Our core values are the foundation of our company, and our team members are always working and making decisions with those values in mind. In business, professionals are often challenged by two paths: the easy way and the right way. These two paths may not always follow the same route, however, at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, we will always choose to do the right thing for our clients, team, and community.
“I remember when I was in fifth grade, there was this big sign on my teacher’s wall that said, ‘Integrity means doing the right thing when no one is watching’ and I feel like that with my team and my coworkers. They’re not just doing their jobs for a paycheck, they’re doing it because they love to do it,” said Sarah Kate Wray, Brokerage Assistant. “They want to help and give back to the community and the people they work with.”
Among our core values is practicing integrity – always doing the right thing, no matter the cost. When Sage Partners leadership carefully crafted our set of core values in 2005, they placed practicing integrity at the very top.
“The team here at Sage is made up of the most amazing people you could work with,” said Broker Colby Hoagland. “You never have to worry about what’s going on behind closed doors. In commercial real estate, this team is a light to the industry. They set the bar high, and they meet that every single time.”
We are proud to carry a huge responsibility at Sage Partners: shaping the landscape of Arkansas. As we make an impact on our hometowns and communities, we want to ensure that everyone in our region knows they can trust us to always do the right thing. We know how important and special this tight-knit community is, and we will always put the good of our clients, neighbors, and friends first.
“The first word that comes to mind when I think of Sage is integrity,” said Sarah Johnson, Property Manager. “We operate at the highest level and always with integrity. I couldn’t admire that more in our leadership.”
It doesn’t take being the biggest to be the best – it takes integrity. That means putting the best interest of our clients and communities above our own. Our ties to the community run deep, and we have created long-lasting relationships that are built on our community members’ trust in our promise to always practice integrity.
“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when it’s the hard thing to do,” said Jake Cole, Property Manager. “There’s always the path of least resistance, but that isn’t necessarily the right thing.”
At Sage, we are a family, and we always strive to do right by one another and by our clients. We are shaping the landscape of Arkansas, and we are doing so by always putting the truth first– even when it isn’t easy or convenient to do so.
