Cushman & Wakefield\Sage Partners has appointed two key figures to leadership roles within the company. Adam VanBecelaere steps in as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Bailey Benson takes on the role of Principal.
Adam VanBecelaere is no stranger to the real estate scene, having joined Sage Partners in 2022 as the Market Brokerage Director for Northwest Arkansas. His educational background includes a degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and he carries a wealth of experience from his tenure at Walmart US Real Estate. Tom Allen, President and Principal of Sage Partners, expressed confidence in Adam’s ability to enhance client services and brokerage operations, especially as the company looks toward expansion and development.
Bailey Benson’s journey with Sage Partners spans over thirteen years, beginning her career as a Brokerage Administrator and climbing the ranks to Director of Brokerage Operations before her latest promotion to Principal. Her dedication and hard work have been instrumental in the company’s growth, contributing to the successful completion of transactions worth over $800 million in the past three years alone. CEO and Principal Marshall Saviers highlighted Bailey’s pivotal role in the company’s achievements and her significant impact on leasing and sale transactions.
These promotions are part of a series of strategic moves aimed at bolstering Sage Partners’ position in the Arkansas commercial real estate market.
Central Arkansas Promotions:
· Ryan Gibson has been elevated to the position of Managing Director Brokerage Central Arkansas. Since joining the firm in 2015, Gibson has demonstrated a profound understanding of the Central Arkansas commercial real estate market, attributable to his roots in Little Rock.
· Mark Ellis assumes the role of Managing Director of Facilities and Project Management. Ellis brings over nineteen years of experience across various facets of the industry, including project management and property operations. His oversight extends to nearly 200 properties spanning multiple states.
· Rose Kline and Alex Bennett have both been promoted to the role of Associate Brokerage, signifying their progression within the brokerage division.
· Missy Cherry advances to Senior Property Manager, recognizing her extensive expertise and leadership in property management.
· Chloe Wofford has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager
Northwest Arkansas Office Advancements:
· Matt Mozzoni has been appointed as Director Brokerage. Mozzoni’s tenure with Sage Partners began in 2014, and he has since become integral to the brokerage services, particularly in tenant representation and industrial real estate sectors.
· Stephanie Farmer has been named Associate Brokerage, marking a key step in her professional development within the company.
· Michelle Patterson has been promoted to Senior Portfolio Property Manager
