Matt Imhoff Brokers Sale of Fort Smith Red Lobster

ROGERS, Ark. (Mar. 3, 2022) — Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners brokered a nearly $7 million sale of the property housing the Red Lobster in Fort Smith, Arkansas, located on one of the busiest intersections in the state, which included an absolute triple net lease with the restaurant chain.

Matt Imhoff, Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, represented the seller in the $6,700,000 sale to 1120 South Walton Partners, LLC, that closed on January 24. The 7,886 sq. ft. commercial restaurant space and approximately 2.10 acres of land at 7401 Rogers Ave., are located at the footsteps of Mercy Hospital and one of the state’s busiest intersections in its second largest city. The deal included a 25-year absolute triple net lease with 18 years remaining on the base term.
