Our brokerage team has several members who are under the age of thirty. For some of them, their first job was with our team. Every day, we work to foster an environment that encourages our team members to ask questions, collaborate and build strong relationships with one another.

Regardless of what that is, they’re going to help me in any way that they can to hit my goals.”

The occasional mistake is inevitable, but our team approaches it as a learning experience and encourages our newest members to be proactive in asking questions and taking advice from coworkers who have years of experience under their belt.
“They’re going to invest in you, invest in their clients, and they’ve done that since day one,” Colby Hoagland, Broker, said. “Any time I go into anyone’s office, they put down whatever they are working on and really try to be attentive and help me grow. I’m young, and I have a lot of room and a runway in front of me.”
