Sage Partners has announced the lease of 55,882-SF of space at the former Hawker facility Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, to Fly Arkansas LLC.
The Arkansas-based commercial real estate firm, Sage Partners, has offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville. The Hawker facility is being co-marketed with Jones Lang LaSalle, a global commercial real estate services firm.
Fly Arkansas offers aircraft leasing, rental, management, and other aviation services. This is the company’s third Fixed Based Operator facility, and its first in Little Rock. Fly Arkansas plans to begin operations there in October.
“Our team is very pleased to make this first new lease at the former Hawker property,” Mark Saviers, Managing Partner of the Sage Partners Little Rock office said in a news release. “Fly Arkansas is an excellent fit for the space, and their opening will build leasing momentum for this tremendous facility, which has a lot to offer a variety of companies.”
The former Hawker facility is 406,185-SF. Constructed as a state-of-the-art aircraft build-out and maintenance facility, it offers hangar, office and service center spaces. The remainder of the facility can be subdivided or leased in total.
