Zach Hocker brokers sale of North College Avenue property

Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners is pleased to announce the $2.1MM sale of an 18,100 SF building situated on 1.91 acres located at 3311 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Zach Hocker, broker with Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, represented both Blake Harris Holdings, LLC of Fayetteville, Ark. and City Center North, LLC, a Waco, Tx. based investment group, in the sale of the property. “I’m honored to represent Blake and excited for the continued growth of his family-owned business here in Fayetteville. This opportunity aligned well for both parties and I could not be happier with the results.”

Blake Harris of Blake Harris Holdings, LLC, is the buyer and current owner of B&B Auto Sales located at 2555 N. College Ave. Harris will continue to operate that business from its current location until the Lewis Ford lease expires in summer of 2023. Blake Harris Holdings, LLC was represented in the acquisition by Michael K. Goswami, Rose Law Firm, a Professional Association.

City Center North, LLC, will retain ownership of the adjacent properties recently acquired. Future mixed use development plans are still in the works and unavailable at this time.
