ROGERS, Ark. (Nov. 1, 2021) – Cushman and Wakefield | Sage Partners represented ABB Motors and Mechanical, Inc., who recently sold a 168,000 square foot industrial property, including two buildings and 37.3 acres, located at 1 Boreham Dr., in Clarksville.
Zach Hocker, broker, and Marshall Saviers, CEO and Principal, both of Cushman and Wakefield | Sage Partners negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The property was sold for $2,400,000 to Arning Companies, Inc.
“When we got the call to represent ABB Motors and Mechanical in the sale of the Clarksville facility, we knew the next occupant would most likely be an owner/operator,” said Hocker. “We are thrilled to help facilitate the transaction and welcome Arning to Arkansas.”
Founded in 1983, and headquartered out of Cassville, MO, the property at 1 Boreham Dr., will be Arning’s second location and anticipates generating approximately 125 new jobs in the City of Clarksville.
