Strategically located in the heart of Pinnacle Hills, The Visionary will be a four-story structure offering proximity to local hotspots such as TopGolf, Walmart Amp, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

Nestlé, serving as the main tenant, will take up a large part of the fourth floor. This area includes a dog park for exclusive use by the company, specifically designed for their pet food division.
The building’s design includes a dual-purpose first and second floor with both parking and available retail or office space. The breakdown of office space across the floors is as follows: 11,094 SF on the first floor, 13,435 SF on the second, 99,491 SF on the third, and 35,306 SF on the fourth.
Tenants will have access to collaborative spaces, conference/event space, a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard, and a pickleball court. They’ll join an impressive roster of businesses in the area, including Kellogg’s, General Mills, Coca-Cola Company, Bayer, Mattel, Hormel Foods, PepsiCo, Colgate, Del Monte, and NCR.
