ArcBest Expands to Northwest Arkansas with New Office Location

Sterling Hamilton of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners brokers deal

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners announced that it brokered a deal with ArcBest, headquartered in Fort Smith, to lease a 20,000 square-foot portion of the former Ozark Natural Foods building in the Evelyn Hills Shopping Center at 1554 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, to replace existing office space.

The new ArcBest location, currently owned by Ozark Natural Foods, will provide additional space for the company’s operations in Northwest Arkansas following renovations expected to be complete by spring of 2020. Nearly 30,000 additional square feet is available for lease.

“It has been a pleasure to work with ArcBest and Ozark Natural Foods. This deal will strengthen Ozark Natural Foods as it finishes out its new location while ArcBest adds to the employment base in Fayetteville’s Midtown area,” said Sterling Hamilton, associate of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners.
