Brian Shaw and Marshall Saviers recently leased 110,000 SF at CrossMar Park in Bentonville to Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain company, The Recon Group.
The 110,000 SF building is located at 4901 SW Regional Airport Blvd., directly across from the Walmart Distribution Center.
In addition there are also two planned buildings at CrossMar Park adding an additional 350,000 SF of available industrial/flex space.
