Sage Partners Helps to Bring Additional Love’s Location to Alma

Executive Vice President T.J. Lefler has facilitated the sale of a property in Alma, Arkansas to Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores. The purchase revitalizes 20 acres that have remained unused since 2015 and brings the number of Arkansas Love’s locations to 14. The chain has nearly 450 stores nationwide.

Located off Exit 24 on Interstate 49, the new Love’s 635 location opened its doors on January 18. Store leadership will include General Manager Richard Lee and Restaurant Manager Trina Henderson.
