Sage Partners Completes $28.3M Commercial Real Estate Deal

Seven Building Office Complex of 138,000 square feet

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Sage Partners recently brokered the sale of seven office buildings in Bentonville, Arkansas.  Marshall Saviers and Matt Imhoff of Sage Partners brokered the transaction. Sachs Investments of New York purchased the properties for $28.3M.

The seven buildings total 138,000 square feet and moving forward will be leased by Sage Partners. The buildings are fully leased to an impressive roster or Fortune 500 office tenants.  The transaction also included two tracts of land totaling 2.5 acres.
