Sage Partners and Hunt Ventures to Merge

Will Manage 3 Million Square Feet of Property, Employ 50 in Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Sage Partners, Hunt Ventures property management and leasing division, and Capital Properties today announced they will officially merge on August 1. As part of the agreement, the new company, Sage Partners, will manage more than 3 million square feet and employ 50 people across Arkansas.

“We are very pleased to make this announcement today merging the real estate leasing and property management portion of our company with Sage.” This move will allow us to leverage the skills and resources of Sage Partners to continue to grow and provide our clients with a fast growing, high quality real estate team,” said Johnelle Hunt, Chairman and owner of Hunt Ventures, the Rogers, AR based company.

The firm’s partners will include Tom Allen, Scott Audrain, Alex Blass, Gus Blass, Johnelle Hunt, T.J. Lefler, Mark Saviers, Marshall Saviers, Brian Shaw and Tommy Van Zandt.
