Commemorating the life and legacy of one of our Principals who has passed on – a true inspiration, a man of deep faith, and the embodiment of our core values. His presence touched every part of our lives, and his light will continue to shine through all those who were lucky enough to know him.
Tommy’s influence was felt everywhere. He worked tirelessly to ensure that each and every one of us felt welcomed and valued. Whether you were a longtime employee or new to the team, Tommy had a way of making you feel like you belonged. His warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication were unmatched, and he truly made a difference in the lives of so many.
As a mentor, Tommy was the guiding hand that so many of us leaned on. He shared his wisdom freely, always with a kind word or encouraging thought. He cared deeply about our successes, both professional and personal, and he pushed us all to be the best versions of ourselves.
Tommy was deeply committed to his community and believed in giving back. He served as a Board Member of Children’s Safety Center, Elder Council at Christ Church, Beaver Water District Citizens Board, and was a Member of Elevate Performance CEO Forum. Tommy was an involved member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity, and a proud Razorback fan for life.
Tommy’s faith was a constant source of strength, not just for him, but for all of us. He reminded us of the power of compassion, grace, and humility, and in doing so, he inspired us to live and work with those same principles.
Your legacy lives on in the friendships you’ve nurtured, the mentorships you’ve provided, and the spirit of kindness and care that you brought to everything you did.
