Sage Partners President Marshall Saviers has been chosen by Arkansas Business to be a member of 2017 list of 200 Arkansans who are influencing the way we live, learn and do business. The Arkansas 200 is intended to be resource guide and a candid look behind the power to identify influencers making an impact in multiple professional and non-profit endeavors at the local, regional and state levels.
As president of Sage Partners, a commercial real estate and property management firm in Northwest Arkansas, Saviers oversees brokerage operations for Sage Partners offices in Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville and Little Rock. After facilitating a merger with Hunt Ventures in 2016, Saviers now leads the management of nearly four million square feet of property and more than 50 employees.
“When considering the merger, I took note of the leadership that Marshall would bring. He shares many of the same corporate values that I value in good business,” said Johnelle Hunt. “I am very proud of how he has successfully brought our companies together as well as how he has maintained the company’s commitment to economic growth in Arkansas.”
Actively involved in the community, Saviers currently serves a three-year term on the Executive Committee of the Northwest Arkansas Council. He has volunteered as a big brother for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas since 2005. Furthermore, Saviers is a Next Generation Society member of the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation. He is also a founding member for both the Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas young professional groups.
