Joe Norwood & Chris Oxner Promoted to Senior Building Engineer

Sage Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Norwood and Chris Oxner to Senior Building Engineer. Joe has maintained North Pinnacle Properties for 17 years and Chris has maintained Hunt properties for twelve years.

Lisa Beebe, senior property manager, knows the value of dedicated, knowledgeable team members, “Joe is dedicated to making sure our tenants are happy,” she said. “He responds to their requests quickly and possess great knowledge of the buildings in his care.” Chris Oxner is no exception. She went on to say, “Chris goes above and beyond to help our tenants. He is very attentive and is almost always one of the reasons tenants give for choosing to renew their lease with Sage.”

As building engineers, Joe and Chris oversee all necessary work required to maintain their respective properties. Their services to our clients include but is not limited to the following: preventive maintenance; corrective repair of buildings, equipment and grounds; monitor building system operations and performance including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing; maintain the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements; respond quickly to emergency situations; oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors.
