Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders

Those first few steps into the professional world can feel intimidating, and you may have mixed emotions. Know that the team of seasoned professionals at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners understands, and we are excited to take young and enthusiastic individuals under our wing to help get them off to a great start in their new careers.

Our brokerage team has several members who are under the age of thirty. For some of them, their first job was with our team. Every day, we work to foster an environment that encourages our team members to ask questions, collaborate and build strong relationships with one another.

“We have a lot of younger folks, which is great,” Marshall Saviers, Chief Executive Officer, said. “Watching them grow professionally, have families and get involved in the community is probably what makes the proudest. The biggest company successes, the developments or leases, whatever it may be, that’s great. But being here every day and seeing the energy in the office is what’s it’s all about.”

We aren’t looking to simply be a stop on your professional path. We offer career growth opportunities and an environment where you can be successful. It’s that day-to-day energy and excitement that sets Sage Partners apart, especially for our younger team members.

“This is my first job out of college, and I’ve been here almost a year,” said Rose Kline, Brokerage Assistant. “Sage has given me the opportunity to figure out what I like, what I’m good at and helped me set goals. They’re going to help me get there no matter what it takes. I have room to grow and figure things out on my own. Regardless of what that is, they’re going to help me in any way that they can to hit my goals.”

Sage Partners understands that someone fresh to the workforce is not going to be an expert from the moment they join the team. The occasional mistake is inevitable, but our team approaches it as a learning experience and encourages our newest members to be proactive in asking questions and taking advice from coworkers who have years of experience under their belt.

“They’re going to invest in you, invest in their clients, and they’ve done that since day one,” Colby Hoagland, Broker, said. “Any time I go into anyone’s office, they put down whatever they are working on and really try to be attentive and help me grow. I’m young, and I have a lot of room and a runway in front of me.”

One of the most exciting things about working at Sage Partners is our impact on the community. We are shaping the landscape of Arkansas with every deal we close and decision we make, and each of our employees has a hand in doing so.

“We get to be a part of something that years down the road, when this place is a totally different place to the eye, we will tell people that we had a hand in making all of this happen,” Matthew Allen, Broker, said. “It is exciting to see all of the new things that are happening; what seems like every day around here. It’s a really exciting time to live in Northwest Arkansas, and it is an exciting time to be at Sage.”

At Sage Partners, we have a strong team of leaders who have dedicated their careers to commercial real estate with monumental success, and they have truly made our region what it is today. Now, we are investing in the next generation of leaders. You can be a part of what’s next for Arkansas.
