Sage recently co-developed a 80,000sf warehouse building in Lowell for Delta Systems. The building is state-of-the-art to suit Delta’s needs and includes 20,000sf of office space with a Class A warehouse area. Delta specializes in the manufacture of product handling, feeding and flow-wrapping systems for the food (bakery, confectionery, frozen, grocery), pharmaceutical, personal care and household product industries and is best in class in their industry.
