Matthew Allen 2021 Fast 15 Honoree

We are proud to introduce Broker, Matthew Allen, as a Fast 15 Honoree by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. The Fast 15 recognition program is designed to spotlight the best and brightest in our area.

Matthew Allen joined Sage in July 2019. Being exposed to real estate for a lifetime through his father, Tom Allen, and earning his BA in Agricultural Business from the U of A, Matthew already had some understanding of the industry but was eager to gain first-hand knowledge.

Matthew has worked hard to develop relationships of his own with individuals and companies while also serving as an asset for our senior brokers assisting them with research, due diligence, and adding value to multiple transactions.

In his time at Sage, Matthew has facilitated many projects and is currently working with clients seeking office and retail space. In the past six months, he has been actively involved in 45,000 SF of lease transactions including Activision, She Said Yes, Raymond James, Eason Counseling, Snap Fitness, and Northwest Physicians. He is also working on expanding his experience into sales and capital markets, currently helping a healthcare REIT.

Matthew is quickly earning respect in brokerage. His colleagues trust him with their clients and ask him to co-list on high-profile assets like office space in downtown Fayetteville, co-working space in Founders Plaza, and retail space on Rainbow Curve in Bentonville.

Matthew’s clients tell us that he is a future industry leader. They continue to come to Matthew with commercial real estate needs and he has exceeded their expectations.  “Matthew has big picture vision with a down-to-earth grit.  He knows the area, he knows the players, and he used that knowledge to benefit all parties,” said Lee Lyles, The Lyles Group INC.

Sage Partners believes this too. Matthew listens, learns, and puts in the work demonstrating daily that he is a true up-and-coming professional.

Matthew is an active member of “The Porch Live” Young Adults Ministry at Cross Church Pinnacle Hills volunteering as a greeter to young adults attending the service and providing general support to the Young Adults Ministry Pastor.

Matthew also volunteers for Tommy’s Nite Out, a fundraiser for Tommy Van Zandt Family Trust, making it possible for Tommy, a vent-dependent quadriplegic, to receive excellent care and continue to live a full life.
