My association with Sage Partners started approximately two years ago. They came highly recommended, and now I know why. I owned three buildings totaling 290,000sf of office/warehouse space in Fayetteville. This very professional, well-educated group attacked the listing with great vigor and enthusiasm. The marketing materials were first class and they did everything possible to expose the buildings to potential users. Today one of the buildings is sold, and the other two are under lease for an extended period of time. I am a very happy client.
